...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM EDT FOR
NORTH CENTRAL DELTA AND SOUTHERN ALGER COUNTIES...

At 806 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated isolated thunderstorms 
continuing to produce heavy rain across the warned area. An 
estimated two to four inches of rain have fallen since late 
afternoon. Flash flooding is expected to continue this evening.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Trenary and the West Branch of the Whitefish River between Trenary 
and Rapid River. 

Additional rainfall amounts of up to one half inch are expected 
overnight into Thursday afternoon in the warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
