...FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS CANCELLED FOR NORTHWESTERN HARRISON, 
SOUTHWESTERN MONONA, SOUTHEASTERN BURT AND NORTHWESTERN WASHINGTON 
COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended and rapid water rises are no longer 
expected. However, flooding will continue in some areas, and larger 
streams will continue to gradually rise through this afternoon. A 
flood warning remains in effect through this afternoon for this 
reason. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT Tuesday for 
portions of Iowa and Nebraska.
