...FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 145 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR 
WESTERN HOWARD AND EAST CENTRAL SHERMAN COUNTIES...

As of 130 PM CDT, emergency management reports that flood waters 
continue to slowly recede within this Flash Flood Warning area, and 
that there is no longer a serious threat for rising waters and 
dangerous flash flooding. As a result, this Flash Flood Warning will 
be allowed to expire.

That being said, numerous county unpaved roads remain closed due to 
ongoing flooding, and various creeks are out of their banks as well. 
As a result, a larger, areal Flood Warning remains in effect for 
this same area until 12 PM CDT Friday.
