...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM CDT THIS 
EVENING FOR NORTHWESTERN BRYAN, SOUTHEASTERN JOHNSTON AND 
NORTHEASTERN MARSHALL COUNTIES...

At 531 PM CDT, Between 2 and 3 inches of rain fell earlier in the 
warned area, and another round of heavy rain is moving in from the 
west. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible 
through early evening. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to 
begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Madill, Little City, Nida, northeastern Lake Texoma and Oakland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are 
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded 
roads. Find an alternate route.
