...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 PM CDT THIS 
EVENING FOR NORTHERN CRAIG AND NORTHEASTERN NOWATA COUNTIES...

At 1047 PM CDT, Thunderstorms have shifted southeast of the warning 
area late this evening with the threat for heavy rain ending in the 
short term. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain has fallen and excessive 
runoff could continue.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
