...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR EAST CENTRAL MORROW COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

Debris was removed from Lower Hinton Creek and water levels are 
slowly receding.  Law Enforcement has toured the entire creek and 
there is no further blockages upstream, so the flash flood warning 
has been cancelled.  High water from rapid snow melt will continue 
to cause minor flooding along Hinton Creek.  Please continue to heed 
any remaining road closures.
