...FLASH FLOOD WARNING AT 1 AM AST EARLY THIS MORNING FOR AGUAS 
BUENAS, CAGUAS, CAYEY AND CIDRA COUNTIES WILL BE REPLACED WITH A 
FLOOD WARNING...

The heavy rain has ended. But USGS river sensors indicate that the 
area rivers are either elevated or over the flood stage. Therefore a 
Flood Warning will be issued.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 600 PM AST Monday for portions 
of Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.
