...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 PM EST THIS 
AFTERNOON FOR ABBEVILLE AND GREENWOOD COUNTIES...

At 342 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated just scattered lingering 
showers across the warned area.  Lingering high water conditions 
will gradually recede through the late afternoon hours.  This 
warning is expected to expire on schedule.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
