...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM EDT THIS 
EVENING FOR WEST CENTRAL LEXINGTON AND SOUTHEASTERN SALUDA 
COUNTIES...

At 803 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain in Batesburg-Leesville leading to at least 8 
road closures and multiple stalled vehicles. Between 2 and 4 inches 
of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Batesburg-Leesville, Summit, Fredonia, Cedar Grove Fire Station, 
  Murray, Delmar, South Shore Marina, Hollow Creek Public Park, 
  Oswald Park and Hibernia.
