WEST CENTRAL KANE AND EAST CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTIES...

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no 
longer expected to pose an immediate threat, though storms may 
redevelop through the day. Please continue to heed remaining road 
closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM MDT Friday for 
portions of central, southern, and southwest Utah.
