* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Grant County in central Arkansas...
  Northwestern Cleveland County in southeastern Arkansas...
  Southwestern Jefferson County in southeastern Arkansas...
  Central Dallas County in southwestern Arkansas...

* Until 100 PM CDT.

* At 1150 AM CDT, Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. 
  Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier 
  rainfall. It will take several hours for all the water from these 
  storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Pine Bluff, White Hall, Carthage, Lamont, Sulphur Springs, Ain, 
  Farindale, Bunn, Millerville, Grapevine, Cross Roads in Grant 
  County, Staves, Princeton, Tulip, Willow, Faith, Hardin and Watson 
  Chapel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
