The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  South Central Santa Cruz County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 100 PM MST.

* At 1006 AM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Nogales. Between 1 and 1.5 
  inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 
  1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already 
  occurring.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Nogales.

This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations...
	Nogales Wash at Doe St Bridge.

This includes the following highways...
	Interstate 19 between mile markers 1 and 7.
	Route 82 between mile markers 1 and 3.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are 
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded 
roads. Find an alternate route.
