The National Weather Service in The San Francisco Bay Area has issued
a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Alameda County in northern California...

* Until 1245 AM PST

* At 930 PM PST, stream gage reports indicate continued moderate
  flooding on the Arroyo De La Laguna at Verona Road. At 9:30 PM PST
  the water level there was at 17.7 feet. Moderate flooding begins
  at 17 feet. The water level was beginning to recede, but runoff
  from heavy rain earlier today continues which will mean water
  levels will drop slowly overnight. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Areas near and along Pleasanton Sunol Road between Pleasanton and
  Sunol.  

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
