The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  East Central Morgan County in northeastern Colorado...
  North Central Washington County in northeastern Colorado...

* Until 1015 PM MDT.

* At 709 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain 
  has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.75 inches in 15 
  minutes. Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, gulches,
           roads, and poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Brush and Hillrose.

This includes the following streams and drainages...
  Badger Creek and Beaver Creek.
