* At 1118 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

  Larned, Kinsley, La Crosse, Lewis, Otis, Bison, Burdett, Offerle,
