  Mason County in northern Kentucky...
  Robertson County in northern Kentucky...
  Southern Adams County in south central Ohio...
  Southwestern Scioto County in south central Ohio...
  Southern Brown County in southwestern Ohio...

* Until 1115 AM EDT.

* At 921 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts 
  up to 0.5 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Maysville, Washington, Manchester, Aberdeen, Vanceburg, Lewisburg, 
  Tollesboro, Rome, Camp Dix, Head of Grassy, Mount Olivet, Sardis, 
  Concord, Epworth, Rectorville, Ribolt, Orangeburg, Herron Hill and 
  Glen Springs.
