* At 613 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported that KY-191 was 
  closed due to flooding. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. 
  Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible in the 
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

  Paintsville, West Liberty, Prestonsburg, Jackson, Salyersville, 
  Inez, Mason, Simpson, Henry, Lewis, Warfield, Falcon, Brownlow, 
  Mashfork, Conley, Leatha, Cyrus, Wheelersburg, Stringtown and 
  Burning Fork.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
