* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Bath County in east central Kentucky...
  Northwestern Menifee County in east central Kentucky...
  Montgomery County in east central Kentucky...
  Northwestern Powell County in east central Kentucky...

* Until 730 AM EDT.

* At 329 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have 
  fallen since midnight. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches 
  are possible in the warned area through 6 AM EDT. Flash flooding 
  is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Mount Sterling, Owingsville, Frenchburg, Marshall, Jeffersonville, 
  Camargo, Salt Lick, Walkers Crossing, Hope, Oggs Station, Clay 
  Lick, Lower Spencer, Peeled Oak, Lucky Stop, Upper Spencer, Cedar 
  Groves, Crooks, Means, Howards Mill and Coons Station.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
