* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Daviess County in northwestern Kentucky...
  Central Hopkins County in northwestern Kentucky...
  McLean County in northwestern Kentucky...
  Southern Union County in northwestern Kentucky...
  Webster County in northwestern Kentucky...
  Northwestern Caldwell County in western Kentucky...
  Crittenden County in western Kentucky...

* Until 400 AM CST Sunday.

* At 630 PM CST, emergency management reported three separate water 
  rescues in Webster County, including between Clay and Wheatcroft 
  on Hwy 109, between Dixon and Clay on Hwy 132, and outside 
  Slaughters on Slaughters Elmwood Road. Between 2 and 4 inches of 
  rain has fallen across the warned area. Additional rainfall 
  amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected. Flash flooding is already 
  occurring and is expected to intensify. Significant flash flooding 
  is possible.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

  Owensboro, Madisonville, Providence, Marion, Sturgis, Calhoun, 
  Sebree, Livermore, Clay, Rosiclare, Dixon, Whitesville, Beech 
  Grove, St. Joseph, Creswell, Masonville, Knottsville, Hanson, 
  Sacramento and Island.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law 
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National 
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
