* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Mahnomen County in northwestern Minnesota...
  Eastern Norman County in northwestern Minnesota...
  Southeastern Polk County in northwestern Minnesota...

* Until 930 PM CDT Friday.

* At 329 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain 
  have fallen in the last few hours on top of the rainfall that 
  occurred overnight last night. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Fosston, Mahnomen, Twin Valley, Winger, Gary, Bejou, Flom, Faith, 
  Rindal, Waukon and Ranum.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message - Turn around, don't drown. Don't travel through
