The National Weather Service in Billings has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Carter County in southeastern Montana...

* Until 745 AM MDT.

* At 218 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates are over 1.50 
  inches already in locations near Albion and south of Hammond. 
  Thunderstorms will continue over the area through the early 
  morning hours with additional heavy rain of up to an inch 
  expected. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Alzada, Albion, Boyes, Hammond and Ridge. Portions of Highway 212 
  from Alzada to Boyes may see significant ponding of water. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
