  An Ice Jam Break in...
  Northwestern Phillips County in northeastern Montana...

* Until 715 PM MDT.

* At 404 PM MDT, gauge reports indicated an ice jam on the Milk 2 
  miles west of Dodson broke causing flash flooding downstream.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding from an ice jam.

  SOURCE...Gauges reported.

  IMPACT...Flooding of areas near the ice jam.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Dodson.

This includes the following streams and drainages...
  Milk Creek, Assiniboine Creek, Cow Creek, Peoples Creek, Dodson 
  Creek, Milk River and Spring Coulee.
The flood wave is moving down the Milk from Dodson to Wagner.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
