  Northern Garfield County in northern Oklahoma...
  Southern Grant County in northern Oklahoma...

* Until 930 AM CST.

* At 628 AM CST, emergency management reported heavy rain across the 
  warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash 
  flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Enid, Waukomis, Pond Creek, Garber, Covington, Drummond, Lamont, 
  Kremlin, Breckenridge, Hunter, Fairmont, Hillsdale, Carrier, Vance 
  Air Force Base and North Enid.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
