  Southern Okmulgee County in northeastern Oklahoma...
  Southwestern Haskell County in southeastern Oklahoma...
  Northwestern Latimer County in southeastern Oklahoma...
  McIntosh County in southeastern Oklahoma...
  Northern Pittsburg County in southeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 445 AM CDT.

* At 142 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a large complex of 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. 
  Widespread rainfall of 3 to 5 inches with localized amounts in 
  excess of 7 inches has been observed by radar. Additional storms 
  moving through the area will worsen any ongoing flooding or result 
  in new flooding.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
