* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 154 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Yeadon, Folcroft, Swarthmore, East Lansdowne, Darby 
  Township, Philadelphia International Airport, South Philadelphia, 
  Tinicum Township, Drexel Hill, Philadelphia International Arpt, 
  and Nether Providence Township.

This includes the following highways...
	Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 7 and 15...and
	near mile marker 20.
	Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 342 and 349.
	Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania near mile marker 0.
	Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 2.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most 
flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
