* Until 200 PM EST.

* At 1022 AM EST, emergency management reported heavy rain across 
  the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. 
  Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the 
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Pittston, Waverly, Dunmore, Old Forge, 
  Archbald, Dickson City, Moosic, Olyphant, Clarks Summit, 
  Edwardsville, Luzerne, West Wyoming, Mayfield, Clarks Green, 
  Dalton, Sugar Notch, Bear Creek Village and Glendale.
