  Southeastern Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Southeastern Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 945 AM EDT.

* At 811 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up 
  to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Easton, Bethlehem, Quakertown, Hellertown, Alpha, Bloomsbury, 
  Riegelsville, Glendon, Pleasant Valley, Springtown, Phillipsburg, 
  and Coopersburg.

This includes the following highways...
	Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 63 and 74.
	Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 8.
	Northeast Extension between mile markers 44 and 49.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most 
flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law 
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National 
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
