The National Weather Service in San Juan has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Bayamon County in Puerto Rico...
  Catano County in Puerto Rico...
  Guaynabo County in Puerto Rico...

* Until 600 PM AST.

* At 156 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Emergency Manager Reports: PR5 from Bayamon to Catano is flooded. 
Some houses affected by flooding in Bo Amelia, Guaynabo. Sinkhole 
reported in the intersection between Ponce de Leon Ave and Sabana.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
