The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Western Bosque County in central Texas...
  Central Erath County in north central Texas...
  Hood County in north central Texas...
  Somervell County in north central Texas...

* Until 600 AM CDT.

* At 303 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           poor drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Stephenville, Granbury, Clifton, Pecan Plantation, Glen Rose, 
  Meridian, Lipan, Iredell, Cranfills Gap, Dinosaur Valley State 
  Park, Squaw Creek Reservoir, Bluff Dale, Oak Trail Shores, Morgan 
  Mill, Meridian State Park, Huckabay, DeCordova, Walnut Springs, 
  Cresson and Tolar.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
