The National Weather Service in League City has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Fort Bend County in southeastern Texas...
  Harris County in southeastern Texas...
  Southeastern Montgomery County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 1130 AM CDT.

* At 1019 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 
  0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

  Northern Sugar Land, northern Missouri City, Stafford, Bellaire, 
  Humble, West University Place, Jersey Village, Hunters Creek 
  Village, Bunker Hill Village, Piney Point Village, Greater 
  Greenspoint, Northside / Northline, Aldine, Greater Heights, 
  Spring Valley, Memorial Park, Spring Branch North, Near Northside 
  Houston, Afton Oaks / River Oaks Area and Spring Branch West.
