  Western Albemarle County in central Virginia...
  Nelson County in central Virginia...
  Southeastern Augusta County in western Virginia...
  The Southeastern City of Staunton in western Virginia...
  The City of Waynesboro in western Virginia...

* Until 600 AM EDT.

* At 255 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 5 
  inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 
  3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Trained spotters reported roads closed due to flooding
           along US-29 near North Garden.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
