* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Eastern Kenosha County in southeastern Wisconsin...
  East Central Racine County in southeastern Wisconsin...

* Until 630 PM CDT.

* At 429 PM CDT, the public reported heavy rain across the warned 
  area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional 
  rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. 
  Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

  SOURCE...Public reported cars stuck in spots on downtown
           Kenosha

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Kenosha, Racine, Mount Pleasant, Pleasant Prairie, Sturtevant, 
  Wind Point, Somers, Elmwood Park, North Bay and Franksville.

Rain is largely finished but there is a few spots that have 
experienced increasing impacts from rainfall and flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
