The National Weather Service in Rapid City has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Campbell County in northeastern Wyoming...

* Until 1215 AM MDT.

* At 810 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern 
  Campbell County east of Highway 59 and along and south of Bishop 
  Road.

Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the 
warned area.
