...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY 
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 
  possible.

* WHERE...San Luis Obispo County, especially in and below the Santa 
  Lucia Range.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks, especially in and 
  below the Santa Lucia Range.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Periods of heavy are expected to develop late tonight into
    Thursday with rain rates possibly exceeding one half inch per
    hour, especially in the Santa Lucia Range.
