  rainfall are possible.

* WHERE...In and near the Lake burn scar.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heavy rain over the Lake burn scar could trigger 
  life-threatening and damaging flooding and debris flows.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - National Weather Service Meteorologists are forecasting heavy
    rainfall over the Lake burn scar, which may lead to flash
    flooding and debris flows.
