Inland Bay, Inland Dixie, Inland Franklin, Inland Gulf, Inland 
Jefferson, Inland Taylor, Inland Wakulla, Jackson, Lafayette, Leon, 
Liberty, Madison, North Walton, South Walton and Washington, and 
Georgia, including the following areas, Baker, Ben Hill, Berrien,
