The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Iowa, including 
the following areas, Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Dickinson, Ida, 
O'Brien and Woodbury, southwest Minnesota, including the following 
areas, Cottonwood and Jackson, and northeast Nebraska, including the 
following area, Dakota.

Heavy rain has ended across the watch area.  In some areas, streams 
and rivers may begin to rise over the upcoming day. Please continue 
to heed remaining road closures.
