...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY 
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. 

* WHERE...Portions of North and North Central Idaho, including the 
  following counties, in North Idaho, Shoshone. In North Central 
  Idaho, Lewis.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. There 
  will be an increased risk for rock slides in steep terrain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - An atmospheric river Sunday afternoon through Monday will
    bring moderate to heavy rainfall to the Inland Northwest.
    This in combination with rapid snowmelt over the Clearwater
    Mountains in north-central Idaho will lead to quick rises on
    small creeks and streams in eastern Lewis County and southern
    Shoshone County.
