The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of southeast Louisiana, 
including the following parishes, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, 
Iberville, Northern Livingston, Northern Tangipahoa, St. Helena, 
Washington, West Baton Rouge and Western Ascension.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being 
cancelled.
