...THE FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED FOR THE FOLLOWING RIVERS IN 
MINNESOTA...
 
  Mississippi River at Fort Ripley affecting Crow Wing and Morrison 
  Counties
  
Recent heavy rainfall over the Fort Ripley and Aitkin areas will 
continue to cause rises on the Mississippi River over the next few 
days.  However, the river is no longer expected to exceed flood 
stage at Fort Ripley, and the watch has been cancelled.  Any 
additional rainfall may cause river levels to rise once again. 
The National Weather Service will monitor this developing 
situation and issue follow up statements.

* At  9:30 AM Thursday the stage was 9.7 feet.
* Forecast...The river is forecast to reach a maximum stage of 10.3 
  feet by Saturday evening.
