...WIDESPREAD FLOOD THREAT DECREASING...

.Most of the significant rainfall over the past couple of days has
ended. Light rain, changing to light snow will occur this
afternoon, and into the evening. However, once temperatures fall
below freezing tonight, the threat of rapid runoff will decrease
and any leftover light rain will be minimal.

...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch for portions of central Minnesota, east central
Minnesota, south central Minnesota, southwest Minnesota, and west
central Minnesota has been cancelled. The threat of widespread
flooding has decreased this afternoon. This has allowed for the
flood watch to be cancelled early.
