...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Minnesota, 
including the following areas, Blue Earth, Dakota, Faribault, 
Freeborn, Goodhue, Le Sueur, Nicollet, Rice, Scott, Sibley, Steele 
and Waseca and west central Wisconsin, including the following 
areas, Eau Claire, Pepin and Pierce.

Heavy rainfall and flash flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. However, overland and some river flooding remains around 
Mankato and along the Cannon and Straight Rivers, please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
