...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 10 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of south central and 
southeast Minnesota, including the following areas, in south central 
Minnesota, Blue Earth, Le Sueur, Rice, Steele and Waseca. In 
southeast Minnesota, Goodhue.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Watch will expire at 10 PM CDT this evening.
