...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 9 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

The Flood Watch will expire for portions of northeast Iowa, 
including the following areas, Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette and 
Winneshiek and southeast Minnesota, including the following areas, 
Houston, Wabasha and Winona.

The line of thunderstorms and heavy rain has moved east of the area. 
No additional flooding threats are expected at this time, but 
ponding of water in low lying areas is possible. Therefore, the 
Flood Watch will expire at 9 PM CDT this evening.
