...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 3 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of southeast 
Minnesota, including the following areas, Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, 
Mower, Olmsted, Wabasha and Winona and Wisconsin, including the 
following areas, Buffalo, Jackson, Juneau, La Crosse, Monroe, 
Trempealeau and Vernon.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Watch will expire at 3 AM CDT early this morning.
