Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall has fallen across portions of the area Saturday evening into early this morning with rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches occurring across portions of the area. Ongoing flooding is occurring within these area that have received the heavy rainfall. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches will be possible.
