The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of north central Montana, including the following areas, East Glacier Park Region, Eastern Glacier, Western Toole, and Central Pondera, Eastern Pondera and Eastern Teton, Eastern Toole and Liberty, Hill County, Judith Basin County and Judith Gap, Northern Blaine County, Northern High Plains, Southern High Plains, Southern Rocky Mountain Front and Western and Central Chouteau County. Shower and thunderstorm coverage was decreasing across Central and North Central Montana this evening, with most locations expected to see a 12 to 18 hour lull in precipitation before additional showers and thunderstorms develop late Saturday morning and into the afternoon. With this reduction in areal coverage of showers and thunderstorms, the threat for widespread flash flooding has ended; however, isolated showers and thunderstorms may still produce localized heavy downpours. $$
