...FLASH FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 10 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

The Flash Flood Watch for portions of northeast Nebraska and
southeast South Dakota will expire at 10 PM CDT this evening. 
Although rain and embedded thunderstorms are still expected 
tonight, the risk of flash flooding has diminished.
