The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of west central Iowa, 
including the following area, Monona and Nebraska, including the 
following areas, Cass, Douglas, Otoe, Sarpy and Washington.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is 
being cancelled. Be sure to heed any road closures from earlier
flooding.
