...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of south central New 
Mexico, including the following areas, East Central Tularosa 
Basin/Alamogordo, East Slopes Sacramento Mountains Below 7500 Feet, 
Otero Mesa, Sacramento Mountains Above 7500 Feet, Southeast Tularosa 
Basin, West Central Tularosa Basin/White Sands and West Slopes 
Sacramento Mountains Below 7500 Feet. Portions of southwest Texas, 
including the following areas, Eastern/Central El Paso County, 
Northern Hudspeth Highlands/Hueco Mountains, Rio Grande Valley of 
Eastern El Paso/Western Hudspeth Counties, Rio Grande Valley of 
Eastern Hudspeth County, Salt Basin, Southern Hudspeth Highlands and 
Western El Paso County.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
